About Real Estate Agent/Broker Property Sales
Property located in a residential zone that also was the former owner’s primary residence (as of the date on which the taxes for which the property was foreclosed were assessed) will be sold via a real estate agent/broker. Unless, after three attempts, the county is unable to enter into an agreement with a real estate agent/broker to sell a property or the real estate agent/broker is unable to sell the property within 12 months.
