The Linn County Law Library recently received a $41,000.00 grant for the operation and maintenance of an eviction prevention clinic in Linn County, Oregon, and its surrounding areas. For additional information on evictions in Oregon, you may want to contact the Community Services Consortium, Legal Aid Services of Oregon, the Fair Housing Council of Oregon, and/or the Linn County Law Library.

Who We Are and What We Do …..
One of the primary responsibilities of law libraries is to promote accessibility and ensure fairness within the justice system. Oregon is required, by statute, to operate a free law library or provide free law library services. The Linn County Law Library is dedicated to providing legal research materials to members of the bar and the community at large. The law library delivers value to our citizens through books, online access, and other resources for legal needs in an efficient and respectful manner. Information is made accessible to ensure the following:
·Improvements in access to justice for those living in Linn County
·Providing access to legal information for those with difficulties affording legal services
·Identifying the needs of the community
·Developing strategies to reduce barriers to access

Severability

Closing of Agreement
