WE'RE CURRENTLY ACCEPTING PROPOSALS!

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Linn County is currently accepting proposals for its Case Management Software System Replacement Project. Proposals will be accepted by the Linn County District Attorney's Office at 300 SW 4th Avenue, Room 100, PO Box 100, Albany, Oregon 97321 until 5:00 PM Local Time, October 15, 2022.  Proposals must be clearly labeled and follow all submission instructions.

Additional information, including a scope of work, instructions for bidders, and required bid forms, may be obtained by contacting Robin Beechert, Operations Supervisor or Steve Braaten, Director of Information Technology, by mailing 300 SW 4th Avenue, Room 100, PO Box 100, Albany Oregon 97321, by calling (541) 967-3836 (DA) or (541) 967-3803 (IT), Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.  Please note that the office closes Monday through Friday 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.

Any questions, objections or comments regarding the RFP must be submitted in writing to the attention of Robin Beechert no later than 5:00 PM Local Time on October 1, 2022.  Clarifications, whether verbal or in writing, do not change the contractual terms or procurement requirements of the RFP unless a formal amendment is issued by the County.  The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive formalities, and to postpone the award of the contract indefinitely.
